RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You are welcome to return any full priced product purchased from Lifestyle & Health Co for exchange or refund* for any reason within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met. *No refunds are available for gift cards, or Home Fit subscriptions
Product has not been worn, altered or washed
All original tags are attached to the product
Product is in it's original packaging
Sale/Promotional items cannot be returned, except in the case of a warranty claim
Refund will be for product purchase price
How to return an item:
If for any reason you would like to return your product to us please follow the simple steps below.
1. Email Lifestyle & Health Co at admin@lifestylehealthco.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Let the customer service person know the reason for the return;
- The product you received wasn't the same as what you ordered (as per your order confirmation)
- The product you received was faulty (This is an exception to our 30 day policy, iHealthSphere will honour the warranty period for the specific product from the date or purchase).
- You received the product that you ordered but want to return or exchange it.
2. Pack all items with your invoice and RMA number in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. Please ensure that all boxed items are securely enclosed in a satchel as we are not able to accept them if damaged.
3. Affix the below address to your package, making sure you cover or remove the original shipping label.

4. Attend your local Post Office and send to the labelled address. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest insured registered post as Lifestyle & Health Co is not liable for lost return parcels.
5. Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 48 hours to ensure you receive your exchange/refund as quickly as possible. So you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming your exchange or refund, and how it is being processed to your original form of payment.
Please note that NO Returns or Exchanges can be made in person at our clinics. Please contact customer service if you have special requirements regarding this.

Lifestyle & Health Co cannot accept COD deliveries.
Gift Cards and Promo Codes cannot be applied to exchanges. If you are wanting to use a gift card or promo code, please place a new order through the website and return your original item for refund (excludes sale items).
