Empowerment through education: Placement at Lifestyle & Health Co
Empowerment through education is one of our core beliefs at Lifestyle & Health Co, so it has been an honor to have Kim from Deakin University undertake placement with us. It has been a challenging year for students with the snap lockdowns, but Kim has impressed us with her enthusiasm for learning and technical ability to cue and coach various exercises to a range of clientele. While there are still a few practicum hours to chalk up, we are excited to see what she can achieve in the future, especially in the strength & conditioning space.
